— a quick note

I built my first small-business website while I was still in middle school. From there I kept learning; C++, Java, always tinkering. Life eventually pulled me into non-tech business, but the obsession with building useful software never really went away.

When GPT-3.5 landed in late November 2022, I started using AI to solve real internal problems for business and fun side projects. Rowant Labs is the playground for that work.

Building

Pulling SmokeTag's dispatch parser into a single shared service.

Often AI products need one thing. Structured reliable data from messy human input. Refinement is key.

Shipping

Construction Mgmt — moving the estimate engine from internal tool to actual product.

Creating project management tools from scratch -- not just one off super niche tooling.

Asking

How small can a real ops product be? What is the marketing flow like?

Currently headspace is building. Marketing needs focus. Pump the breaks? Lets build our way through the bottle neck.
